Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Your order ships directly from our supplier, so occasional customs processing can add a few days. These times are estimates. If anything is going to take longer than expected we will email you, and in every case your order will arrive within 30 days of purchase — if it does not, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also check progress any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
Returns and cancellations
Can I return something that does not fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item to us. Please keep it unworn and in its original condition with any tags attached.
Your legal right to cancel
Separately from our 30-day policy, UK law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason at all, and a further 14 days to send it back. You do not need to give us a reason. This right applies in addition to the returns policy above, never instead of it.

Sizing
What sizes do you use?
All sizes on this site are UK sizes, shown alongside the equivalent letter size — for example M / UK 12-14.
How do I choose?
Our garments come from several suppliers, so sizing varies a little between styles. Each product page lists the sizes available and, where we have them, the garment measurements. If you are between two sizes, our product descriptions say which way to go for that particular item.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.
