Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This page explains our shipping and delivery policy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Delivery to UK addresses usually takes 5–10 working days from dispatch. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to customs processing. In every case your order will arrive within 30 days of purchase; if it does not, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
Shipping Method and Origin
Orders ship directly from our supplier. Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Rates depend on weight, destination and the shipping method selected.
Delivery Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
